MY TOOL BOX
This page is simple by design.
It’s a collection of tools that have helped me steady my footing and move forward—nothing more, nothing less. Bible apps, websites, music, films, and other resources that fed something good instead of draining it.
These aren’t endorsements of perfection. They’re tools that met me where I was.
Some helped me slow down. Some helped me refocus. Some helped me replace noise with something better.
You won’t find hype here, and you won’t find pressure. What works for one person may not work for another. This is simply what I’ve reached for along the way. Better choices than I made before.
Some links may be affiliate links in the future. If they are, it won’t change what I share or why. I only include tools I’ve actually used and found helpful in rebuilding a life full of light.
Think of this page like a workbench, not a rulebook.
Take what serves you. Leave what doesn’t.
Keep building.

watch less — Watch Better
Whether it’s social media reels, podcasts, or TV & Movies, too much spectator sport will sideline you for good. If you’re addicted to watching. Get out play. Do your thing! If you’re going to watch, do it in measure — and watch better!
Studies show that watching excessive TV and movies, especially junk content, is linked to negative effects like reduced cognitive function, increased risk of blood clots and heart disease, and sleep disturbances. Excessive viewing can also lead to social isolation, depression, and unhealthy habits like binge eating, and prolonged exposure to fast-paced or violent content may affect children's aggressiveness and attention spans.
